Burnt Ends Smoking Co is a family business headed by founder Nathan Booth, and his chef wife Eileen Booth. Nathan’s country roots and passion for quality, locally sourced produce along with Eileen’s dedication to imaginative modern food have led them on a personal quest for slow-smoked perfection. With many years’ experience in the WA hospitality industry both Nathan & Eileen have managed to master the technique of just the right amount of wood and smoke, and just the right amount of seasoning to bring you the finest quality smoked dishes paired with signature sides and lip smacking sauces!

Went down to the drive through today for a chicken sammich. Holy mustard! Colonel Sanders can get F***ED. Best chicken sambo I or you have ever had anywhere. My wife had the mac and cheese croquettes and almost cried. Get down there as fast as you can. I also hear they do a brisket that will stop your heart. 5 and a half outta 5, would recommend.
